Purpose of ATE:
✓ To test / define the electrical performance characteristics of SMPS based AC to DC switching adapters, operating in universal AC range.
Scope:
✓ This specification defines the performance characteristics of an Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) operating on single phase universal range of AC input and having facility to test FOUR adaptors at a time.
Configuration:
✓ The ATE will be configured around a powerful mixed signal microcontroller. The major sub modules will be as below: All the below sub modules will be hosed into a sleek, elegant looking MS cabinet.
Input through a controlled servo stabilizer and isolation step up transformer for input AC simulation.
Electronic load bank for output DC load simulation.
